Emergency Heat Assistance (ECIP)

ECIP Provides emergency heating assistance to households once per season when funds are available.

Additional help may be available from November – March if you have less than 1/4 of a tank of heating fuel or are in danger of having utility services disconnected and you have no means to pay your energy company. LIHEAP may send funds to a vendor for you so that you will stay safe and warm.
