Rider Policies and Complaint Procedures

KVCAP is interested in your comments, suggestions or complaints. Complaints, comments and suggestions regarding KVCAP services may be submitted in writing or via email to the Transportation Director or Assistant Transportation Director. When submitting complaints, please include your contact information as well as details of the complaint including date, time and nature of the complaint. KVCAP will respond to written complaints in writing within 10 business days.
