KVCAP and MSAD 54 share a long and meaningful history of partnership in providing high-quality, comprehensive, early childhood programming for children and families across the district. From the opening of the Parent/Child Vocational Learning Center in 1995 to the recent launch of the Hight Family Early Learning Center at the new Margaret Chase Smith Community School, this collaboration has remained focused on ensuring young children have access to strong early learning experiences while families receive the support they need to thrive. Together, KVCAP and MSAD 54 have continued to build and strengthen systems that promote school readiness, family stability, and long-term community well-being.
