Call in appointments a week in advance.

Be ready up to 45 minutes before pick-up time.

Call in cancellations as soon as possible.

If a carseat is needed, let the dispatcher know.

Do not ask the driver to make unscheduled stops.
Parents must place child in vehicle and secure them.

Upon the return, parent must remove child from vehicle.

Appointments may not be given to driver, call the office.

Any problems, call the dispatcher.
