The vision of Kennebec Valley Community Action Program is to provide services that meet the needs of our clients and communities in an ever-changing environment. We will be a leader in our field, and advocate for those we serve, and a facilitator of partnerships and collaborations that will expand and enhance our service, while continuing to provide high quality, financially viable programming and services.
